ANOTHER CAMBRIDGE DEVELOPMENT UNDERWAY
Work has begun on a new development in Cambridge comprising the refurbishment of an existing house in Richmond Road and four detached new-build houses to the rear.
Known locally as "Seaby's Yard", after the family who owned the land for many years, this name has been adopted for the development during construction and we hope it will also be adopted formally when the postal addresses are agreed.

AWARD FINALIST
Boughton Hall, our luxury retirement village in Chester, has been shortlisted in the Best Retirement Development category of the prestigious UK Property Awards 2011.
The contest is one of the most important on the property calendar with winners receiving national, and international, recognition.
Boughton Hall, a complete retirement community offering one and two bedroom luxury apartments and outstanding communal facilities, has already scooped gold in a national award ceremony. It was named Best UK Housing With Care Scheme of its size at the National Housing for Older People Awards, run by the Elderly Accommodation Counsel (EAC) earlier this year.
The winners of the UK Property Awards will be announced at a glittering ceremony at The Lancaster London later this month.
Neil Davison of Enterprise Retirement Living said: “We are thrilled to have reached the final of these awards. When we started work on the conversion of Boughton Hall into a retirement village, our aim was to provide our residents with beautiful homes, varied social facilities and the option to live the life they choose in comfort and luxury. Reaching the finals of the UK Property Awards is testament to the fact that that’s what we’ve delivered.”
