New land opportunities

We are always interested in new land, buildings to restore or convert, and urban-based regeneration projects. All such opportunities will be considered with or without planning permission.

If you own or know of any suitable land or building that could be redeveloped, we would be happy to hear about it.

Confidentiality is guaranteed, if necessary, and introduction fees will be paid where applicable.

Even if you’re not sure whether an opportunity is viable, contact our dedicated land acquisitions team for a preliminary, no-obligation, exploratory discussion – you won’t know unless you ask.

Investor purchasers
If you are looking to buy a property for investment purposes, we can help to boost your portfolio. We offer incentives for pre-launch purchases, for both single- and multi-property investors, and, of course, the opportunity to buy off plan (see below) is also available.
If we don’t have anything, either in the type of property or the area, that is of interest at the moment, it is still worth registering and indicating your requirements. We will then contact you as soon as something comes up that we think might appeal to you.

Subject to build status and agreed budgets, which may or may not necessitate a contribution from you to achieve what
